Practice Overview:

• EMR Platform - EPIC

• Jefferson, Georgia

• 4 ten-hour days

• Comprehensive Outpatient Primary Care seeing patients 2 years old and up

• Caring for patients in a growing community

• Well-trained and experienced staff

Working together with Physicians like you:
