Physician - General Surgeon

Barton Associates

Our client in Texas is seeking a General Surgeon for a 60-day assignment beginning Aug 10, 2026. This Physician will manage a Monday-Friday 8 AM-5 PM schedule complemented by nighttime ER call, focusing on a diverse range of surgical cases including colonoscopy, endoscopy, wound care, and various abdominal and soft tissue procedures. Responsibilities and Duties Perform colonoscopy and endoscopy procedures Provide wound care and debridement Execute abscess or fluid incision and drainage Address gallstones and perform gallbladder removals, including laparoscopic procedures Conduct soft tissue tumor removals Manage hemorrhoids and provide colorectal cancer screening Additional Information Required Board Certification in General Surgery EMR System: Cerner Benefits Strong compensation Travel-related expenses covered A-rated medical malpractice insurance provided Dedicated recruiter for future travel opportunities #J-18808-Ljbffr
