About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP, Americas Sales to spearhead the growth and expansion of its core revenue region. This pivotal role demands a seasoned leader with a strong background in B2B SaaS or enterprise software sales, particularly in the North American market. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the go-to-market strategy, with a focus on new business and expansion revenue across various market segments. Key responsibilities include setting and refining the sales strategy, building and managing a high-performing sales team, and ensuring the adoption of a consistent sales methodology. The VP will also be instrumental in driving strategic deals and scaling sales efforts across the product portfolio. Applicants for the VP, Americas Sales position at the company should have a minimum of 12 years' experience in the field, with at least 7 years in a sales leadership role. A proven track record of success in scaling sales organizations and a deep understanding of the North American market is essential. The role requires expertise in pipeline generation, forecasting, and performance management, as well as the ability to lead a multi-level sales organization.
