As a Full-Time Firefighter, you will play a key role in protecting the residents and property of Henderson. Your responsibilities will include: Responding to and extinguishing fires Conducting fire prevention activities and safety education for the public Providing basic life support services at fire scenes (if certified) Assisting in maintaining fire station operations and readiness Benefits: Paid Health, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance Longevity and Certificate Pay TMRS Retirement: 2-1 at 7% 13 Paid Holidays Paid Time Off 48 hours after 3 months 184 hours accumulated after the completion of one year + 24 additional hours after each completed year of service What We're Looking For: No prior experience required – we will provide training!
