What You'll Do: As a Warehouse & Inventory Coordinator, you'll play a key role in ensuring materials, parts, and finished products are accurately tracked, organized, and shipped to customers. Responsibilities include:

• Maintaining inventory and organizing warehouse stock.
• Coordinating with Purchasing and Production teams regarding materials and orders.
• Receiving incoming shipments, inspecting for damage, and recording inventory transactions.
• Picking, packaging, and preparing products for customer shipment.
• Maintaining accurate inventory records and documentation.
• Keeping warehouse and inventory areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Assisting with additional duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For: We're seeking someone who is organized, reliable, and eager to learn. Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Positive, problem-solving attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Dependability and strong attendance record
• Willingness to learn new skills and processes
• Purchasing or inventory experience is a plus

• Monday-Friday
• 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
• Optional overtime available periodically
