Key Responsibilities Define investment theses and lead execution Identify promising investment themes and lead end-to-end execution, from initial assessment to deal closing. Generate deal flow through industry networks Source quality investment opportunities by leveraging relationships with founders, investors, and key ecosystem players. Lead and manage investment due diligence Drive the due diligence process, including business analysis, financial review, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. Support portfolio growth and collaborate with Naver Partner with portfolio companies to support their growth and work with Naver teams to unlock strategic value. Required Experience Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Architecture, or related field, and 5+ years in strategic consulting, investment banking, venture capital, tech, product management, or entrepreneurial ventures; OR Master’s degree in the same fields, and 3+ years of experience. 3+ years of experience on a deal team, sourcing and leading investments independently. Proven ability to develop and execute investment theses, with a strong track record in managing investment opportunities. Expertise in leading and closing investment transactions from sourcing to deal completion. Preferred Skills 5+ years of experience leading investment deals and 2+ years of experience leading successful exits. Proven track record of sitting on 1-2 boards or serving as a board observer. Experience advising entrepreneurs on key areas such as product development, go-to-market strategies, and operational growth. Strong ability to navigate and collaborate within a large, matrixed organization, overcoming barriers to influence internal and external stakeholders. Strategic thinker with deep understanding of market trends, a keen interest in technical and market analysis, and a strong ability to create and deliver presentations to C-level executives. #J-18808-Ljbffr VC Stack
