Key Responsibilities:

As a Facilities Maintenance Technician, you'll be the go-to expert ensuring our building systems run smoothly, safely, and efficiently. Your day-to-day will include:

• Maintaining HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Performing hands-on repairs and upkeep across the facility
• Supporting compliance efforts with federal, state, and local regulations
• Identifying and resolving safety hazards
• Managing inventory and vendor relationships
• Documenting work in our CMMS system and keeping operations transparent
• Collaborating with a team that values professionalism, safety, and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ years of facilities maintenance experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• HVAC service and repair experience (including heat pumps)
• Strong client-facing communication skills
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical inspections
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
