Assicura l’esecuzione del progetto secondo gli standard HSE esecutivi e le norme applicabili in fase di progettazione; Assicura la corretta esecuzione di tutte le attività HSE di progetto (HazoP, Safety review, PSC, NAR/NOF, QRA, RdS, ecc.). Fornisce supporto e guida HSE sul campo in tutte le attività. Garantisce la conformità ai requisiti HSE normativi locali. Garantisce la conformità ai requisiti HSE contrattuali. Assiste nello sviluppo e nella consegna dei processi operativi in modo sicuro. Applica le politiche e le procedure aziendali. Aiuta i team a fornire prestazioni HSE esemplari. Identifica le aree di miglioramento potenziali ed effettive e assiste nella definizione e formulazione di obiettivi e strumenti per il loro raggiungimento; Fornisce input per le misure di performance HSE; Collabora con tutte le parti interessate al fine di essere consapevoli ed educare la forza lavoro sulle novità e gli aggiornamenti HSE. Fornisce input per la raccolta delle lesson learnig per tutte le attività; Assiste i team nell'identificazione dei pericoli, nella valutazione dei rischi e nell'identificazione dei controlli pertinenti per gestire e ridurre tali rischi; Promuove una cultura sicura attraverso l'informazione, la consapevolezza, l'apprendimento, l'equità e il rispetto; Promuove e forma la forza lavoro in materia di Sicurezza Comportamentale; Effettua o facilita audit e ispezioni di sicurezza come da piano di audit; Fornisce input HSE alle revisioni del sistema di gestione HSE; Assicura che gli incidenti siano registrati e segnalati; Prepara i rapporti iniziali sugli incidenti; Effettua indagini immediate su Incident & Near Miss; Facilita e partecipa alle indagini sugli incidenti di alto livello; Assicura che le aspettative di sicurezza dell'azienda siano comunicate alla forza lavoro; Fornisce sessioni di formazione secondo i requisiti di sviluppo del piano di formazione e delle competenze; Istruisce la forza lavoro sulle lezioni apprese dagli incidenti precedenti e di settore; Fornire una risposta immediata in situazioni di emergenza; Esamina le esercitazioni di emergenza per mantenere e aumentare la competenza del personale. Requisiti Diploma in discipline tecnico scientifiche 10 anni di esperienza nel ruolo Conoscenza del Pacchetto Office Conoscenza di SAP In presenza, nei siti di Ascoli, Sant'Elpidio a Mare ed Ancarano, 8h/gg dal lunedì al venerdì.
