On our team, you’ll implement and maintain organizational programs in support of Navy clients. You’ll work with key stakeholders to review contracts and project cost accounting. You’ll help with tactical planning using resources like MS Project and regular interactions with SMEs, schedulers, customers, and project analysts. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in a Technical Project Management role or managing teams to meet stakeholder objectives Experience with the Navy or DoD Experience with Scrum and Kanban methodologies Experience with Jira and Confluence Experience teaching technical teams the basic Agile framework concepts Experience creating solutions within a collaborative, cross‑functional team environment Ability to obtain a Secret clearance Bachelor's degree Nice to Have Experience conducting a Program Increment (PI) Planning Event Experience developing project plans with MS Project Experience distilling requirements from systems engineering models Experience in software development Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills SAFe Certification Scrum Master Certification Clearance Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Compensation Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract‑specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,500.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
