Assistant General ManagerThe Assistant General Manager (AGM) has a key leadership role, responsible for supporting the General Manager with driving sales performance, operational excellence, and a world-class member experience. Training: support the onboarding and ongoing development of new team members to ensure they meet brand expectations. Ambassador: act as a role model for the "Train Different" philosophy, fostering an energetic and welcoming environment.Sales & Growth: Lead production: assist in managing the guest pipeline, including lead generation, outreach, and touring prospective members. Goal achievement: help the team reach monthly membership and private coaching targets. Promotions: execute in-club events and community outreach to drive awareness and new member sign-ups.Operations & Service: Member retention: proactively engage with members to ensure satisfaction and address concerns before they escalate. Club excellence: conduct regular "walk-throughs" to ensure the facility is clean, safe, and fully functional. Admin support: assist the GM with scheduling, inventory management, and ensuring compliance with all company policies.Qualifications: Experience: 1–3 years of sales experience and at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role. Skills: strong communication skills and proficiency in basic computer systems (Office/Google Workspace). Education: high school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred. Physical: ability to stand for long periods and lift between 50–120 lbs. Certifications: current CPR/AED certification required; a nationally recognized personal training certification is a plus.Ready to step into leadership? Apply today!
