INSURANCE DEFENSE ATTORNEY

A national carrier seeks a Trial Attorney to independently manage a complex caseload from inception through resolution. This is a temporary position approved for 3 months in duration with an extension likely (but not guaranteed). Work is 8 hours/day for 40 hours/week. This role is REMOTE. Requires: (i) an active license to practice law in Tennessee and (ii) 2+ years of insurance defense experience. Position includes comprehensive benefits (health, dental, and vision insurance; 401K; etc).   

salary: $60 - $66.22 per hour

Responsibilities

Independently investigates and manages cases of moderate to high exposure and complexity in civil litigation from the inception of the lawsuit until conclusion through dismissal, settlement, or trial. Works with adjuster and clients to resolve claims as expeditiously and effectively as possible.
