Senior Client Advisor - Soho

Summary The Senior Client Advisor provides exceptional customer service, drives sales, and mentors other sales associates in a Soho retail store. This role builds and maintains a client book, meets and exceeds sales targets, and acts as a brand ambassador for VIP clientele. The position also supports store operations, merchandising, and administrative tasks to ensure inventory accuracy and visual standards. Responsibilities Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and drive business development by acquiring new clients and reactivating former ones. Mentor and train new and existing Client Advisors on product knowledge, store procedures, and sales techniques. Build and maintain a client book; manage customer correspondence and follow-up to strengthen relationships and drive repeat business. Support merchandising and visual standards; ensure best sellers are displayed and replenished to maximize sell-through. Perform point-of-sale transactions accurately and maintain the customer database and CRM tools. Complete administrative tasks including transfers, consignments, reservations, and sales/operational reporting. Assist with opening/closing duties and contribute to inventory cycle counts and shrink control. Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience; luxury retail preferred. Minimum High School degree. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and strong drive for results. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency with POS systems and inventory management functions; strong digital literacy. Ability to advise and coach a team; collaborative team player.
