Paralegal Position at Carlton FieldsCarlton Fields is seeking a Paralegal for its Hartford office. Duties include preparing and maintaining case files, assembling and organizing materials for review, utilizing various computer applications for document management, assisting in discovery processes, interacting with E-Discovery vendors, drafting correspondence, performing investigative research, creating and maintaining databases, reviewing and analyzing documents, coordinating preparation of motions and briefs, preparing for trials, organizing workrooms, liaising with internal and external sources, managing larger cases, and performing additional administrative duties.Experience/Education: 5+ years of paralegal or other relevant experience. Bachelor's Degree or paralegal certificate required.The salary range for this role in Hartford is $85,000 - $89,000. Actual salaries will vary depending upon various factors, including relevant experience and skillset. The salary range listed is just one component of the Carlton Fields total compensation package for employees.
