The areas of responsibility include Training, Emergency Planning, Corrective Actions, and Security programs, as well as leading the stations’ ongoing Operations Performance Improvement (OPI) program.Vistra nuclear sites include: Comanche Peak (Glen Rose, TX); Beaver Valley (Shippingport, PA), Davis-Besse (Oak Harbor, OH) & Perry (Perry, OH).*Location will be based at one of Vistra's four nuclear sites*Job DescriptionKey AccountabilitiesMonitoring and improving personnel and plant performance to ensure the site is operated and maintained in accordance with the provisions of the operating license, Nuclear Regulatory Commission and other federal regulations.Responsible for Leadership development and assessmentOversight for the performance of the site and at time, fleetOversight of the emergency planning staff in maintaining the Emergency Preparedness Program which functions to protect the health and safety of the public and station employees in the event of an emergency.
