Occupational Therapist at Providence Rehab Resource Department- On Call, Day Schedule This position travels and supports the west side and Hillsboro, Oregon service area. Manages and provides skilled occupational therapy to patients/clients with a wide variety of diagnoses and disabilities, taking into account individual patient's special physical or age-related needs. Requires skills in patient/client evaluation and treatment, as well as professional consultations to achieve maximum patient/client independence in accordance with individual's functional level and potential. • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program Or
• Master's Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program Or
• Ph.D. from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program or equivalent

education/experience. * Coursework/Training: Occasional specialized Occupational Therapy training to meet a particular department need or equivalent education/experience.

• Upon hire: Oregon Occupational Therapist License
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
