We are seeking a full-time Service Manager for immediate hire. As a Worth Service Manager, you will provide exceptional service to our sophisticated commercial and industrial customers in the mid-Atlantic region. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge and have experience working in the commercial HVAC industry. Responsibilities: Monitor daily operations of the unit Act as intermediary between customers and technicians by speaking with customers to understand the work required and with technicians to explain the work and dispatch them to the job site. Visit technicians at job sites to see how things are going Check with customers to assure they are satisfied with the work. Review service ticket and get it ready for billing. Resolve billing and other issues. Diagnose, troubleshoot and mentor your team in various commercial & industrial HVAC equipment. Manage routine maintenance on various commercial & industrial HVAC equipment. Coordinate with the administrative staff for daily activities.
