Senior Financial Analyst

Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst Location (city, state): Hybrid in Tukwila, WA Compensation: $50-70/hour DOE Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in financial analysis Strong experience with budgeting Strong proficiency in Excel and robust accounting systems required Bachelors degree in accounting or finance Self-starter, problem-solver, and independent worker Job Description: Own weekly and monthly financial reporting, delivering clear, actionable insights on revenue, margin, and operating income trends Build, enhance, and maintain robust financial models to support forecasting, planning, and operational decision-making Play a key role in annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning, with ownership of key P&L components and ongoing performance tracking Develop scenario analyses to support pricing, revenue growth, and cost optimization (shipping, fulfillment, and supply chain) Analyze key operational drivers such as average order value, units per order, shipping cost per order, and inventory flow Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Supply Chain, and Marketing to evaluate initiatives and improve profitability Leverage SQL, Snowflake, Mode Analytics, and Power BI to build scalable analytics and deliver insights across large datasets Prepare and present executive-level reporting, clearly articulating performance drivers, risks, and opportunities Lead ad hoc analyses and special projects requiring strong financial and business acumen Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
