Senior Accountant

VALiNTRY is seeking a Senior Accountant with hands‑on experience in Workday Financials, or a candidate with experience in a comparable ERP system who is eager to learn and master Workday. This is a direct‑hire, onsite position in Birmingham, AL, supporting a large and rapidly growing organization with over 120 branches nationwide. The company operates across multiple industries and continues to expand its footprint and capabilities. The salary range for this role is $80,000–$90,000 annually. The accounting team delivers quarterly P&Ls to Area, Regional, and Senior Vice President leadership, while supporting reporting across multiple subsidiaries. The organization operates within a highly integrated systems environment, where most financial transactions flow directly into Workday from operational platforms. Additional systems include QuickBooks (manufacturing) and FactorSoft (factoring). This role is ideal for professionals seeking both technical accounting ownership and strategic exposure, with opportunities to contribute to FP&A initiatives and AI‑driven process improvements.
