Purpose Ensures integrity of accounting information by recording, verifying, consolidating, and entering transactions. Full responsibility of timely Wilmington ASC general ledger month‑end close to include General Ledger entries and reconciliations. Reconcile all bank accounts, AR, all balance sheet accounts. Calculate charges and collections and post to GL. Assist with 1099’s. Assist outside accountants on yearend tax and review work. Assists with a variety of special projects. Other Duties As assigned by manager. Qualifications Required Associates degree in accounting, business administration, bookkeeping, or comparable relevant work experience. Minimum of three (3) years of experience with healthcare accounting.
