Summary We are seeking a Director of Rehabilitation to lead our rehabilitation services team at Forest Hill Healthcare & Rehabilitation. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in enhancing the quality of care for our residents while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and fostering a supportive environment for staff. Minimum starting salary for the position is $65,000 annually; salary is negotiable based on experience The typical schedule for this opportunity is Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm. Start and end times are flexible based on community need. This position is a part of the community management team and will take part in the manager on duty weekend coverage rotation. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain high standards of care. Manage fiscal responsibilities related to rehabilitation services, including budgeting and resource allocation. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create comprehensive care plans for residents. Provide leadership, training, and support to rehabilitation staff to enhance service delivery. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes. Requirements Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Therapist Prior experience as a Director of Rehabilitation is a plus! Strong knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and modalities. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients and team members. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment. Compassionate approach to patient care with a focus on family involvement.
