Responsibilities Engage with customers face-to-face and provide friendly, professional service. Explain our clients' products, services, and available offers clearly and accurately. Listen to customer needs, answer questions, and recommend suitable options. Handle customer concerns professionally and escalated issues when appropriate. Build positive customer relationships through attentive service and follow-through. Work toward daily customer service and sales goals. Collaborate with teammates to deliver a consistent customer experience. Participate in training, coaching, and professional development. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Strong verbal communication and active listening skills. Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude. Comfortable engaging with customers in person and discussing products and services. Reliable, punctual, and motivated to learn. Ability to work independently and contribute to a team. Availability to work full-time in Jersey City, NJ. Entry-level applicants are welcome.
