Work Environment\n

This position offers the flexibility of a remote work setting, enabling you to provide essential services from your location while maintaining a work schedule of Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers, including psychiatrists and physicians, to ensure comprehensive patient care and foster a supportive atmosphere conducive to mental health recovery.

Key Responsibilities\n

  • Deliver individual and group psychotherapy to patients diagnosed with a variety of mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

  • Conduct detailed evaluations of patients' mental health, assessing emotional, behavioral, and social functioning.
  • \n
  • Create and implement tailored, evidence-based treatment plans that reflect the unique needs of each patient while considering cultural competencies.
  • \n
  • Regularly monitor patient progress and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to modify treatment strategies as required based on patient feedback and clinical assessments.

  • Provide education, resources, and emotional support to patients and their families, guiding them through informational sessions on mental health conditions and available treatment options.

  • Uphold ethical and professional standards, ensuring patient confidentiality and obtaining informed consent consistently during the treatment process.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LCSW at Familywise Counseling, you will work closely with a diverse patient population, including individuals dealing with complex emotional and behavioral challenges. Our clients may come from various backgrounds and often face significant life changes or distressing situations that require tailored support. Your role will be critical in facilitating recovery and fostering resilience among patients and their families.

  • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

  • Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) without restrictions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
