Personal Automotive Concierge Service. Duties and Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in a friendly manner to understand their needs. Conduct test drives showcasing vehicle features. Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of all models, specs, and pricing. Guide customers through selection, financing, and trade‑in options. Negotiate and finalize sales agreements transparently. Follow up post‑sale to ensure satisfaction. Build and maintain relationships for repeat business and referrals. Collaborate with sales team and other departments for seamless service. Participate in meetings and training to enhance product knowledge. Achieve individual and team sales targets. Use effective techniques to maximize opportunities. Qualifications 2–5 years of luxury dealership sales experience. BMW brand experience is a plus. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to meet minimum dealership quota. Minimum 2 years success in commission‑based sales. Consistent track record of exceeding sales goals. Ability to build lasting client relationships. Proficient in consultative sales techniques. Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills. Requirements Authorized to work in the USA. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Must pass pre‑employment testing: background, MVR, drug test, credit report.
