Job Overview A law firm seeks a mid-to-senior-level Labor and Employment Associate to join its Los Angeles, CA office. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in employment litigation, including single-plaintiff matters and wage and hour class actions. Duties Manage multiple cases independently from inception through resolution. Serve as lead on litigation matters, supervising junior associates and staff. Act as a primary client contact and contribute to practice growth. Engage in deposition and courtroom activities. Requirements Minimum of five years of employment litigation experience. Strong writing and analytical skills. Project management skills and ability to manage cases independently. Licensed to practice in California. Education Strong academic credentials from a nationally recognized law school. Certifications California Bar admission. Skills Excellent writing and analytical abilities.
