Support, structure, and collaborative care The Pediatric Physical Therapist will report to a Rehabilitation Services Manager within an interdisciplinary pediatric service line, supported by friendly nurses, child life specialists, case managers, and a diverse team of physical, occupational, and speech‑language therapy professionals. The Pediatric Physical Therapist will evaluate and treat infants, children, and adolescents across inpatient, outpatient, and specialty clinics, craft evidence‑based plans of care, mentor emerging clinicians, and partner closely with pediatricians and hospital leadership to optimize outcomes and patient experience.
