Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 24 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience.

• 3 months of Epic experience is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Missouri license or compact license (required after submission).

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Declinations not accepted.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: HealthTrust Program - Mercy (MO) and no current placement allowed at Program: HealthTrust Program - Mercy (MO).

• 12 months gap required between for Per Diem at Program: HealthTrust Program - Mercy (MO) and no current placement allowed at Program: HealthTrust Program - Mercy (MO).

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: - 2+ years of Tele experience required.

Special Requests: - Requested time off: Up to 5 days in each 13 weeks can be automatically approved; anything more is subject to approval prior to confirmation, and time would be asked to be made up at the end of the assignment.

Unit Details: - Med Surg / Tele short stay unit caring for 50% medical and 50% telemetry adult patients.

Shift & Scheduling: - Flexible contract hours: 36 or 48 per week. - Every other full weekend; Saturday and Sunday are required unless otherwise approved prior to confirmation. - Candidates should be expected to work at least one major winter holiday: Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year’s Day.

All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment.
