Schedule Details Holidays – Every Other Holiday, Sunday through Saturday Weekends – Every Other Weekend Scheduled Hours 10:45 P‑7:15 A Shift 3 – Night Shift, 8 Hours (United States of America) Hours 24 Cost Center 10021 – 2340 Emergency Room Union MNA-Marlborough (Massachusetts Nurses Association) This position may have a signing bonus. A member of the Recruitment Team will confirm eligibility during the interview process. Major Responsibilities Utilizes the Nursing Process for the delivery and management of patient’s care from Admission to Discharge, appropriate to the developmental age of the patient population. Performs patient assessment/reassessment according to standard procedure. Develops and coordinates an individual plan of care including discharge planning. Directs, supervises, coordinates and evaluates nursing care within the assigned clinical setting. Delegates appropriately to others in accordance with job description and competency level. Position Qualifications License/Certification/Education – Required Current Massachusetts Nursing licensure and registration. BLS is a requirement for every RN unless ACLS certification is current, in addition to any unit specific certifications and competencies. License/Certification/Education – Preferred Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing highly preferred. Experience/Skills – Required Thorough knowledge of the discipline of Nursing. Unless certification, licensure or registration is required, an equivalent combination of education and experience that provides proficiency in the areas of responsibility listed in this description may be substituted for the above requirements. Physical Demands and Environmental Conditions Work is considered medium. Position requires work indoors in a patient care environment.
