Responsibilities Implement PLACE strategies for weekly lead generation. Coordinate and conduct two open houses each month. Transform prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments. Participate in team activities in accordance with team standards. Dedicate time to weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls. Assist buyers in obtaining signed agreements and identifying suitable properties. Draft and negotiate purchase offers on behalf of clients. Monitor activities and maintain client information using PLACE Technology.
