**Join Our Team as a Physical Therapist!** **Job Description:** - **Exciting Opportunity:** Be part of a dynamic team making a difference in patient rehabilitation at our Paso Robles location. - **Work Schedule:** Enjoy flexibility with 8-hour workdays, 5 days a week, or opt for a 4x10 schedule. - **Your Role:** - Implement patient rehabilitation programs to enhance mobility, function, and strength. - Evaluate and treat patients using innovative therapy methods. - Supervise PT Assistants and Aides, ensuring optimal patient care. - **Key Responsibilities:** - Hold an active license as a Physical Therapist in your state. - Maintain and enhance your PT skills and certifications regularly. - Utilize Electronic Medical Record systems effectively for documentation. - Communicate with medical professionals to ensure quality patient care. - Conduct thorough evaluations and create detailed discharge summaries. - **Patient Interaction:** - Ensure patient comfort and address any inquiries. - Collaborate closely with front office staff for seamless scheduling. - **Documentation and Compliance:** - Ensure accurate patient chart documentation and follow-up. - Adhere to HIPAA regulations and company policies on patient privacy. - **Physical Requirements:** - Be physically mobile; the role includes walking, sitting, and standing for extended periods. - Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist patients with mobility. - **A Rewarding Environment:** - Work in a supportive outpatient/rehabilitation setting. - Engage in business marketing and referral processes when necessary. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
