Milton Hershey School (MHS) is hiring married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents on the Hershey, PA campus. Couples reside in on-campus student homes to provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for groups of 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, managing routines, budgeting, transporting students, leading devotions, and Sunday Chapel.
