Faeth Therapeutics is seeking an experienced physician leader to serve as Director/Senior Director of Drug Safety & Pharmacovigilance. This remote (U.S.) role provides medical leadership for pharmacovigilance across Faeth's oncology programs, reporting to the Chief Medical Officer. Responsibilities include leading safety activities, overseeing CROs, and guiding risk assessment and regulatory submissions.
