Position Overview:

Are you an outgoing, people-person who loves starting conversations and helping others? As a Part-Time Showroom Greeter & Sales Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for clients visiting our store. You’ll set a warm, professional tone, introduce customers to our products, and help connect them with our free in-home estimate services.

What You’ll Do:

Welcome Visitors: Enthusiastically greet customers as they enter the showroom and make them feel at home.
Engage & Connect: Start friendly conversations to understand what home improvement projects customers are exploring.
Promote Free Estimates: Introduce visitors to our free flooring installation quotes and schedule/sign up interested customers for estimates.
Showroom Support: Maintain a clean, inviting, and organized showroom environment and assist the sales team with basic administrative or walk-in customer support.
Represent the Brand: Deliver dependable, punctual, and professional customer service that reflects our company’s reputation.

What We’re Looking For:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a naturally positive, outgoing demeanor.
Comfort approaching and speaking with new people.
Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
Professional appearance and attitude.
No flooring experience required! We will provide complete hands-on training for the right personality.
Great fit for high school or college students, retirees, or anyone seeking flexible part-time work.
