Approach the phones with energy, urgency, and consistency—success in this role comes from doing the work day after day, even when you hear “no.” Identify and qualify prospects, uncover potential insurance needs, and create opportunities for our licensed team. Follow up relentlessly and professionally with leads from marketing campaigns, referrals, and previous conversations. Learn our products, scripts, systems, and sales process so you can continually improve your effectiveness on the phone. Track calls, conversations, leads, appointments, and follow-ups accurately in our CRM. Know your numbers and take ownership of your results. We measure activity and production because we want to know what is working and where we can improve. Participate in coaching, role-playing, and ongoing training with the goal of getting better every week. Represent our agency professionally and ensure all communications follow State Farm guidelines and compliance requirements. Contribute to a competitive, positive team environment where we push one another to perform at a high level.
