The Physical Therapist assesses patients and develops an age appropriate treatment plan based on functional abilities. S/he adheres to the Standards of Physical Therapy Practice.

Experience:

LICENSED PHYSICAL THERAPIST
Certification:
BLS/CPR (AMERICAN HEART ASSN)
