Job Summary This job leads the retail sales team to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales objectives. It manages store operations, upholds merchandising standards, and optimizes inventory processes. The role also involves coaching staff and leveraging industry insights to drive business success. Responsibilities Coaching retail sales associates to meet sales targets and service metrics, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement Facilitating effective onboarding and ongoing development of new hires, ensuring they deliver an exceptional customer experience Maintaining visual merchandising standards, ensuring consistent store presentation and operational functionality of product demos Partnering with the Store Manager to coordinate staffing, scheduling, and resolve customer escalations efficiently Implementing operational procedures to enhance store efficiency, with a focus on inventory control and back‑of‑house organization Leading inventory accuracy efforts through regular cycle counts and adherence to inventory management best practices Analyzing performance data to identify sales trends and opportunities for process optimization within the store environment Providing expert knowledge on products and services, staying abreast of industry trends to inform and educate the sales team Maintaining regular, consistent, and punctual attendance; willing to work nights, weekends, variable schedules, and overtime as necessary Other duties and responsibilities as assigned Previous Comcast experience preferred Employee Expectations Understand and apply our Operating Principles as the guidelines for day‑to‑day work Own the customer experience, putting customers first and promoting seamless digital options at every touchpoint Be an enthusiastic learner and advocate of our technology, products, and services, especially digital tools and experiences Win as a team, making large-impact contributions by collaborating and embracing new ideas Participate actively in the Net Promoter System to elevate customer and employee feedback Drive results and growth for the organization Support a culture of inclusion in how you work and lead Act with integrity, doing what is right for colleagues, customers, investors, and communities Skills Change Management Coaching Customer Experience (CX) Problem Solving Results‑Oriented Compensation Primary Location Pay Range: $23.19 – $33.54 USD (California, good faith estimate). Targeted Commission: $11.31. Base pay is one component of the Total Rewards that includes potential bonuses, commissions, and benefits. Compensation is determined at hire based on experience, qualifications, and market conditions. Education Bachelor's Degree preferred.
