Providing personal care with dignity, comfort, and respect at the center of everything Monitoring and recording vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure) as directed Observing patients and reporting changes to the care team accurately and in a timely manner Communicating with patients and families in a positive, ethical, and confidential manner Upholding the hospice philosophy with professionalism and genuine compassion Company provided equipment Why Choose Transitions Hospice?
