You will play a vital role in executing physical job site tasks, ensuring our commercial storage projects are completed safely and efficiently. This hands-on position empowers you to build a long-term trade career while working alongside a supportive, safety-focused team. You will contribute directly to high-quality craftsmanship on expanding commercial developments across the region.

Perform essential hands-on labor tasks to keep job sites safe, organized, and clean daily.

Assist skilled tradespeople with commercial self-storage assembly and maintenance tasks.

Load, unload, and stage construction materials efficiently to support project timelines.

Operate basic power tools and hand tools in strict accordance with site safety protocols.

Execute routine property maintenance and structural upgrades under direct team supervision.

Maintain equipment and safety gear to ensure optimal performance on every assignment.

Strong physical stamina and willingness to perform demanding manual labor tasks.

Reliable work ethic with a strong focus on team collaboration and punctuality.

Basic understanding of job site safety practices and personal protective equipment.

Ability to follow verbal instructions accurately and adapt to daily project needs.

Ability to perform duties in a variety of outdoor weather conditions throughout the year.

Bi-weekly pay cycle with competitive rates ranging from $30 to $35 per hour.
