Location: Norristown, PA

Job Type: Part-Time to Full-Time (30–35 hours per week)

Job Description: We are currently seeking a compassionate and reliable Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide support for a client with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) in Norristown, PA. This position offers 30–35 hours per week and is a great opportunity for someone who is dedicated to making a positive difference in someone’s daily life.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct care and support to a client with IDD

Assist with daily living activities and routines

Support community engagement and social activities

Ensure the client’s safety, comfort, and well-being

Follow care plans and document services as required

Requirements:

Experience working with individuals with IDD preferred

Compassionate, reliable, and patient

Strong communication skills

Ability to follow care plans and instructions

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Schedule:

Approximately 30–35 hours per week
