Your Role:

As a Customer Care Advisor , you’ll be at the heart of our operation—providing expert support to our dealer network and boat owners while ensuring every customer experience reflects the Chris-Craft gold standard.

What You’ll Do:

• Be the go-to expert for technical and parts support for dealers.
• Respond to customer inquiries with speed, accuracy, and a smile.
• Process and track parts orders—ensuring they get where they need to go, on time.
• Work closely with shipping and inventory teams to keep everything running smoothly.
• Solve challenges creatively, making decisions that satisfy both customers and the business.

What You Bring to the Team:

• A high school diploma (college degree preferred).
• 2-5 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related role ( marine industry experience is a plus!).
• A customer-first mindset —you love helping people and solving problems.
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Tech-savvy— ERP systems, CRM software, and Microsoft Office are all in your wheelhouse.
• Detail-oriented and organized
