Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
Design, build, and maintain a multi-tier AI agent platform that connects LLMs to real-world enterprise systems (CRM, Salesforce, ServiceNow, SFMC etc.). Bridge the gap between raw LLM capabilities and production business workflows translating business intent into reliable, scalable agent infrastructure
Python backend development FastAPI + Flask, async patterns, Pydantic models. Production-grade services on Kubernetes with proper error handling, retries, and typed contracts between layers.
LLM orchestration prompt engineering, session/context management, multi-agent patterns, tool use (MCP servers). Keep agents grounded, scoped, and auditable across multi-step workflows.
React/frontend basics enough to read, debug, and wire service calls. Trace request-response through a component without being the one who styled it.
Cloud infrastructure AWS S3, Secrets Manager, ECR , ECS , ALB , environment-based config, basic DevOps.
Enterprise API integrations OAuth flows, REST/SOAP.
Systems thinking Trace data across 3+ loosely-coupled services, anticipate failure points before they hit production, and debug cross-service issues methodically rather than by instinct. Salary Range: $100,000- $110,000 a year TCS Employee Benefits Summary:
