As we continue building our HVAC department, we are looking for technicians who take pride in quality installations and delivering exceptional service to customers.Position OverviewThe HVAC Install Technician is responsible for the installation of residential heating and cooling systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related components. This role works closely with our HVAC Comfort Advisor and operations team to ensure installations are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.ResponsibilitiesInstall residential HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, and related equipmentRead and interpret installation plans and manufacturer specificationsEnsure installations meet all local codes and safety standardsTest systems to ensure proper operation and performanceMaintain clean and professional job sitesCommunicate with customers professionally and explain system operation when necessaryWork collaboratively with installers, service technicians, and office staffMaintain company tools, vehicles, and equipmentQualifications4 years of HVAC installation experience preferredKnowledge of residential heating and cooling systemsValid driver's license with clean driving recordAbility to lift heavy equipment and work in crawl spaces, attics, and varying weather conditionsStrong attention to detail and workmanshipProfessional attitude and strong work ethicWhat We OfferCompetitive pay based on experienceFull-time, year-round workOngoing training and developmentOpportunities for advancement as our HVAC department growsSupportive team environmentAbout EvergreenEvergreen Plumbing, Heating & Air is a locally owned company committed to delivering high-quality home services with honesty, integrity, and professionalism.
