Key Lead - Deptford Mall, Hollister

Key Lead – Key Responsibilities Perform opening and closing routines. Operate Register/Point of Sale systems. Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders. Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales. Build and maintain visual displays. Analyze reporting to inform decision making. Protect store assets and perform inventory control. Represent the brand and exemplify company culture and values. Act as Floor Supervisor providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates and ensuring store operations run effectively. Schedule & Hours The schedule will vary weekly. Expect to work at least 12–16 hours per week, including availability on Saturdays, Sundays, and certain holidays. During peak timeframes, hours may increase. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED preferred, or equivalent. 1+ year of retail experience preferred. Retail supervisory or management experience not required. Experience leading groups or teams preferred. Strong customer focus and exceptional interpersonal skills. Excellent communication skills. Knowledge of current fashion trends. Energetic, outgoing, and assertive. Initiative, confidence, adaptability, and flexibility. Ability to balance multiple tasks while being detail-oriented and applying proactive thinking.
