Pediatric Therapy Recruiter

To support pediatric therapy and behavioral health recruitment efforts, the full-time Pediatric Therapy Recruiter will design and implement recruiting strategies, manage candidate engagement, and build relationships with various stakeholders while working remotely during Eastern Time (EST) business hours. Key responsibilities Design and implement recruiting strategies for pediatric therapy and behavioral health positions Lead recruitment efforts for specialized professionals, including Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, and Speech-Language Pathologists Develop and maintain relationships with candidates, clients, and community organizations to expand candidate pipelines Required qualifications 2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience Direct experience recruiting within education, therapy, or related fields Proven ability to develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies Strong consultative partnership skills with hiring managers Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
