Employees have the freedom to create their own schedules within the framework of Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, thus promoting a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly evidence-based therapy sessions via live video for individual adults.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatric providers and fellow counselors to ensure comprehensive patient care.

• Utilize automated tools for conducting symptom self-assessments, tracking functional improvement, and measuring goal progress, tailoring treatment plans accordingly.

• Provide ongoing support and consultation to colleagues, fostering a culture of teamwork and shared learning.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a Master’s or Doctorate degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW) from an accredited institution.

• A valid and unrestricted state license to practice as a mental health counselor.

Preferred Experience\n

Sunshine Psychological Health Center offers a competitive salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and credentials.
