Licensed Insurance Sales Representative - Allstate
Earn $60,000-$150,000+ Per Year

Our established Allstate agency in Billings, Montana is looking for a motivated, competitive salesperson who wants to build a long-term career while earning uncapped commissions.
Whether you're an experienced insurance producer or a licensed sales professional looking for a fresh start, we'll provide the tools, support, and opportunity to help you succeed.

Compensation
- $36,000 annual base salary
- 40% commission on all new business written
- 20% commission on renewals
- Monthly and performance bonuses
- Unlimited earning potential—no commission cap
- Top performers have the opportunity to earn well into six figures.
What You'll Do
- Quote and sell Auto, Home, Renters, Condo, Life, Umbrella, and other insurance products
- Follow up with internet leads, referrals, and existing customers
- Cross-sell current clients to maximize both customer protection and your income
- Build long-term relationships with customers through exceptional service
- Maintain accurate customer records using our agency management systems
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
What We're Looking For
- Property & Casualty License preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Life License is a plus
- Sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a competitive mindset
- Positive attitude and desire to continuously improve
- Comfortable working in a goal-oriented sales environment
