We are hiring a reliable and energetic Cook / Bus Driver to join our childcare team at Discovery Point Hamilton Mill in Discovery Point Hamilton Mill.

Position: Daycare Cook & Bus Driver
Location: Dacula, GA

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks for children following CACFP guidelines
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen
• Manage food inventory, kitchen supplies, and meal records
• Safely transport children to and from local elementary schools and field trips
• Conduct daily bus inspections and maintain transportation logs
• Ensure children’s safety during loading, unloading, and transportation
• Assist with light classroom or center support when needed

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Experience driving a small bus or van preferred
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• Experience in childcare, school nutrition, or commercial kitchen preferred
• Must be dependable, organized, and able to work independently
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willing to obtain)
• Must be able to lift at least 25 lbs
