Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days | 4x10-hour shifts, 40 hours per week | Weekday shifts: 5:00 AM–3:00 PM or 11:00 PM–7:00 AM | Weekend and holiday shifts: 7:00 AM–7:00 PM or 7:00 PM–7:00 AM | Approximately 70+ hours per four-week period (may vary) | Schedule includes one Friday, one Saturday, and one Sunday shift per period (non-consecutive shifts permitted) | Holiday rotation required, including weekends surrounding holidays

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct perioperative nursing care to patients undergoing cardiovascular surgical procedures in the OR setting
• Perform scrub and/or circulating roles during CVOR cases as assigned
• Participate in on-call responsibilities at the primary assigned campus location
• Float between multiple campuses as needed, typically with at least one day of advance notice based on scheduled cases
• Adhere to holiday rotation requirements, including coverage of weekends surrounding designated holidays

Required Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 2 years of CVOR nursing experience
• Strong proficiency in cardiovascular operating room procedures and protocols
• Ability to work a variable schedule including weekdays, weekends, evenings, nights, and holidays
• Ability to float between multiple campus locations as operationally required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience strongly preferred
• Experience working across multiple facility campuses or health system environments
