Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the restaurant team to achieve business goals.
- Maintain high standards for food quality, service, and restaurant appearance.
- Drive daily operations, including inventory, staffing, and financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in a fast‑paced restaurant environment.
- Strong customer service orientation with enthusiasm for quality food.
- Excellent communication, motivational, and problem‑solving skills.
- Adult (18+), valid driver’s license, reliable transportation.
- Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a dynamic setting.
