Aquatics Manager

The American Swim Academy® is hiring in the East Bay! We are looking for a dynamic career-oriented Aquatics Manager to join our senior management team in Fremont. The Aquatics Manager will be responsible for assisting Senior Management in the operation of the facility. Your duties will include swim instruction, member service, deck management, and special projects. Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday or Sunday - Thursday. The schedule will vary with opening and closing shifts. Must be able to work some nights as late as 8:45 pm. Qualifications And Skills Service-driven management experience Experience in aquatics or recreation Responsibilities Be the point of contact between management, staff, and members Responsible for assisting in the management and training of all school staff Responsible for teaching classes and in-water training Compensation: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour plus Quarterly Bonus* *The quarterly bonus is earned based on revenue achievement* Benefits: Full-time employees are offered a comprehensive benefits package including sick pay, medical, vision and dental Paid vacation A 401k-retirement package is available after one year of employment Discounted swim lessons for immediate family members American Swim Academy® has been the Bay Area’s trusted swim instruction facility for 50 years.
