Public Adjuster Trainee Location: [NC, WV, MD, WI, GA, PA, CO, NJ, IN, OH, CA, MO, OK, VA, NV, and SD] Employment Type: Full-Time, Part-Time
Compensation: $35,000-$125,000

In this role, you’ll learn how to advocate for policyholders, evaluate property damage, and negotiate fair insurance settlements. No prior adjusting experience required — we provide comprehensive training and mentorship.

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Prior experience in construction, real estate, restoration, or customer service is a plus

- Assist in inspecting residential and commercial property damage
- Learn to interpret insurance policies and estimate losses
- Support senior adjusters in preparing claims documentation
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and insurance carriers
